I always get this error when i try to update my rank up:

I can use Battle Modes (I and II) since I have SP. But, you cant use Combo, Aura since you don't get the authority!

Well, the bike is one so hard to get >.< not much! XD

When you made your character Rank 19 before doing any quest can you solve that problem by just doing the Quests for Aura, Combo , Board and Bike skill IF not and you did them allready , then please write a support ticket.

We fixed a view bugs in the Adding Rank 19 system , you are now able do add the Rank whenever you want and you dont loose the individuality of your character (Auracode and the Look (Hairstyle,Face and so on))
