Ok guys i found out what the prob with the Sounds in cabal was ,

Close Cabal Atlantis before doing this ^^

u must copy the Sounds folder from an other cabal or official cabal to the cabal atlantis folder :

copy it in here :
...test_CabalAtlantisAtlantis_CabalData
and there is also a Sound folder when copy the new one in it just press overwrite and add new files .

then start ur game and voila all the sounds are workin
